FixSprout is a website monitoring service run by TODO: legal entity name, address, company ID. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. Questions:hello@fixsprout.com.
What we collect
- Free audit and waitlist: your email address, the website you want audited, the date you signed up, the page you signed up from and campaign tags in the link you followed (UTM parameters).
- Spam protection: to limit sign-ups per network, we keep a one-way hash of your IP address, salted with the date, for 24 hours. We never store the IP address itself.
- After launch: your account details, the sites you add, and the results of scanning their publicly available pages.
- Payments: handled by our merchant of record, Paddle. We never see or store your full card or PayPal details.
What we don’t do
- This website sets no cookies and loads no analytics or tracking scripts.
- We don’t sell your data or share it for advertising.
Why we use it (legal basis)
Waitlist emails are sent with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with the unsubscribe link or by emailing us. Account and scan data are processed to provide the service you signed up for.TODO: confirm legal bases under GDPR and US state laws.

- Hostinger (web hosting and the database that stores the waitlist) TODO: data center region and data processing agreement

How long we keep it
Waitlist entries are kept until launch plus 12 months, or until you ask us to delete them.TODO: confirm retention periods.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and you can object to how we use it. Emailhello@fixsprout.com and we’ll reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
