Terms of service

These terms apply to FixSprout, run by TODO: legal entity name, address, company ID. By joining the waitlist or using the service, you agree to them.

What FixSprout is

FixSprout runs automated checks for accessibility, speed and basic SEO on websites you add, and suggests fixes. Automated tests find only part of the issues on a site.

What FixSprout is not

It is not legal advice and does not make your website compliant with the ADA, WCAG or any other law or standard.
It does not replace testing by people, including people with disabilities.
Scores and reports describe what our automated checks found on the day of the scan, nothing more.

Your responsibilities

Only add websites you own or have permission to monitor.
Don’t use the service to overload, attack or scrape sites you don’t control.

Plans, billing and cancellation

Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, which also handles sales tax and VAT. Refunds are available within 14 days of your first payment. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. TODO: limitation of liability, governing law, dispute resolution.

Changes

We’ll email you before any change to these terms that affects you takes effect.
